Repair steps:
|

1. Full incoming inspection and Run up time check, drive inspection.
2. Full Disassembly and cleaning.
3. Assembly and Replacement of all necessary parts such as: bearings, O-rings, Seals etc. Only OEM parts are used to insure best quality.
4. Final Test . The pump in fully assembled condition is checked for vacuum pressure and operation sound level.
5. During 48 hours test time we monitor total pressure, temperature, noise level utilizing newest testing technology specified by OEM. We do provide pump down graph upon request. Due to our confidence in service, we do guarantee all our repairs for 12 months. |
